Pite FM

Pite FM is a Sweden-based student-run radio station located in the city of Piteå, operating on the 92.8 MHz FM frequency that is dedicated to bringing its listener’s the best in indie rock music. The station was started so that students in the audio engineering program would have the opportunity for practical practice. Initially, the station broadcasted two hours per week through the local community radio association. Over time, programming expanded to 24 hours a day, featuring content produced and curated by students. Pite FM broadcasts in Swedish, making it easy for locals to tune in and enjoy their favorite music in their native language. This radio station offers an extensive range of programs and music, catering to various tastes and preferences of its listeners.
